We're having a Twitter Party just for you!  This will be So family's first Twitter Party and we willl have 2 fabulous Party Hostess, Audrey McCelland (momgenerations.com) and Vera Sweeney (imnotobsessed.com).  We'll have great conversation about parenting, family, life and much more.  The best part is we'll be giving away fabulous free gifts, but you have to join the party in order to have some fun.  If you don't have a Twitter account, don't worry, you have plenty of time to sign up.  All of the information for the party is below.  The gifts are a surprise, so make sure you join the party on June 7th @ 9PM.

What is a Twitter Party?

A twitter party is a fast and fun virtual party, using the twitter platform. Usually held in the evening, twitter parties typically last 1-2 hours and are a wonderful way for people to connect and discuss a topic of choice. Most twitter parties have a party host to keep the party on topic.

How does a twitter party work?

Twitter users tweet with a specified Hashtag (#) for the party. The party host will announce the hashtag prior to the event. If you look at the twitter party calendar, parties are listed by the hashtag (#). Users use their tweet chat client to search for the hashtag and join in the conversation.

How To Join:  Head over to Tweetgrid.com, set up a grid and follow the hashtag #sofamilyonline.  You can click on the tab Party, enter the party information (1. Party Hashtag:  #sofamilyonline  2.  Party Host:  @sofamilyonline, @audreymcclellan, @verasweeney  3. Your Twitter Username) and join the party.  Then click Login and approve the Tweetgrid Application.  Once you approve the Tweetgrid application you are automatically apart of the party.
