Craft Fridays: Altoids Mint Tin Fun

Have Fun With Your Altoids Tin by So family
Did you know you can save your empty mint tins and make great crafts? These mint tins come in a variety of sizes and shapes. Each one can be made into a unique decorative box, which can be used as a first aide kit, hair pins holder, change wallet and much more. Below you will find instructions and necessary supplies to create your very own decorative tin box. This craft can be done alone for some "me" time or get the entire family involved. Kids will love the decorating part. Happy crafting!

2. Paint Brushes
3. Acrylic Paint
4. Craft Glue or Glue Gun
5. Optional decorations: glitter, ribbon, buttons, feathers, foam shapes, pom poms, and anything you can think of.

Directions:

1. Paint the tin box (spray paint works too)
2. Allow paint to dry
3. Glue on decorations
4. Allow decorations to dry
5. Fill your can with stamps, paper clips, hair pins, band aides, etc.
