Congratulations to the Carter family.  We're so happy to send our very best wishes to Beyonce and Jay-Z.  They welcomed a baby girl into the world today.

It was reported by the NY Daily News that Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z checked into Lenox Hospital in NYC.  They reportedly used an alias, Ingrid Jackson.  They rented the entire 4th floor and spent a reported $1.3 million in renovations.  I'm sure they made the floor cozy enough to feel just like home.

Some of their famous celebrity friends helped with the confirmation of this news via twitter.  Some of the celebs that took to Twitter in the early morning hours was Rihanna, Diddy and Russell Simmons.  E! online even reported the baby girls name as being either Ivy Blue Carter or Blue Ivy Carter.  We can't wait to see the first pics of the bouncing baby girl.
