I had to blog about this amazing 11 year old girl, Amiya Alexander, who started her business at 10. This amazing story shows you not only what it means to dream big and work towards your passion, but it also shows what's possible when parents support their children's dreams. This young lady is definitely extraordinary. The vision of her business came to her in her sleep and the next morning she wrote it out and told her mom. Her mother had to have a great deal of confidence and belief in her child in order to enable her to do this. She started a mobile dance studio and it is the only one in the nation. She has a patent on that bus. Go Amiya! Her passion is dance and she turned it into a business, which brings the dance class to the children. Her goal was to be able to bring dance classes that were affordable to children who, otherwise, may not be able to take classes. I love it! Watch the video and see for yourself.
